When You Hear Whistles
- Step outside
- Start documenting/recording
- Blow your own whistle to amplify the signal
- Form a crowd
- Make sure no one is alone
- Stay together, stay loud, STAY NONVIOLENT
Why is this the protocol?
We use whistle signaling to:
- Bring visibility to what's happening
- Alert vulnerable people to seek safety
- Draw witnesses and cameras
- Create a 'chain reaction' - noise spreads fast
Spotted ICE?
Once you are safely out of the situation, report what you saw to an organization who can help.
